Forms of Shipment

Delivery of your order may take place in one of the following ways:

Free of charge:

• Reception from our company's showroom.
• Reception from the authorized points of sale of keramics.gr.

With a charge:

• By mail at the delivery address you have specified (by porta-porta).
• By courier at the delivery address you have specified upon your registration with the e-shop.

In all cases where shipment is charged, the customer shall be informed of the cost by the sales department of our company before his or her order is shipped.

Availability

In cases where the products you have ordered are not available, you shall be notified by e-mail or by telephone of the exact time of delivery. If you agree to the new time of delivery, you will need to inform us by e-mail or fax that you have been informed and you wish for your order to remain active. In case that the new conditions of execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order shall be cancelled.

Force Majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (for example adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible for us to deliver the products or services within the predetermined time, we shall inform you in order for you to state whether under these conditions you wish the completion of your order.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of your order may take place easily before its invoicing and shipment. In case that in the end you do not want the products or the services requested, you may cancel the order by contacting the Customer Service Department at the phone number +30 22840-33050 or by e-mail to .

For this procedure, the unique Order Code sent to you automatically by e-mail upon completion of your order is required.

Returning Products

In case you wish to return the products that you purchased because you are not content or completely satisfied, you have the right to do so within 5 working days from the delivery date of the order.

The products must be in the condition in which you received them, with their packaging still sealed, and they must be accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. In this case you shall be charged only with the cost of returning the products. The company is not responsible for any damage to the products that may take place during the process of their return. Immediately after the returned products are received and once it is confirmed that their packaging is in perfect condition and the product has been sold by our company, you will be contacted by a representative of keramics.gr in order for you to agree on you preferable way of refund. The refund shall be carried out within 15 days at the latest from the date of reception of the returned products by our company.

Our products, as fragile products, shall be inside appropriate packaging for their safe shipment; nevertheless, in case there is a problem with the product, it can be returned and the support department of keramics.gr shall contact you and inform you about its replacement. In addition, specifically regarding cooking vessels, instructions for their use shall be included, which, if not followed correctly, keramics.gr bears no responsibility for damage caused to the product!

In any case, before returning a product for any reason, contact the Customer Service Department.

Prices of Products Sold

The prices written include Value Added Tax (13% or 3%), depending on the product. In addition, the cost of shipment and payment on delivery is not included in the product prices. keramics.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice (prices of products that have been ordered remain the same until the moment of delivery).

• By paying in cash at our showroom in Apollonia, Sifnos, Postal Code 84003 and receiving your order at the same time.
• By charging a credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). Almost all VISA or MASTERCARD cards are accepted. Your credit card shall be charged when your order is completed at our e-shop (see also Security of Transactions).

There is the possibility of choosing whether a retail sales receipt or an invoice shall be issued for your payment. Invoices are issued to companies and freelance professionals as long as the following data are provided in their order: Company name, Tax Identification Number, State Financial Service, and profession for freelance professionals.

The prices mentioned for the products of keramics.gr include 13% Value Added Tax and may change without prior notice. In addition, all potential shipment charges include Value Added Tax.
